Today Google rolled out a ‘hacked site notification message’ feature within Google Search results. Till now, a separate warning page was displayed upon clicking a malicious link. Google integrated the feature into search results page itself.

The ‘This site may be compromised’ link directs you to an explanation and details about the notification. If you find your site being listed as malicious, you can request a review too.
