Firefox 4 Beta 1–Revamped User Interface [VIDEO]

We have been talking about Firefox 4 a lot these days because, well, it’s worth it. A week ago we mentioned about the pre-release nightly build of Firefox 4 Beta 1. Now Mozilla has officially released the Beta 1 (apparently the first ever Firefox 4 “public” beta) which you can now download from here. The first thing you will notice is the glittering new, should I say, Chrome-like interface, the new tabs-on-top feature, Firefox button (only for Windows Vista and Windows 7), the revamped Add-ons Manager and many other UI changes. Here is the video from the principal UI designer from Mozilla, Alex Faaborg, showcasing the new interface.

Can’t see the video below? Use an HTML5 compatible browser like Firefox 3.6.6+, Chrome 5+ and Opera 10.60+. Alternatively, you can watch the YouTube version.
