We know that Facebook officially changed the ‘Become a Fan’ button to a ‘Like’ button which although makes more sense, I never thought it would create this much of a stir. The main reason for all the brouhaha about Facebook’s ‘Like’ button is its ability to remain omnipresent – all over the Internet.
To add to its value, we now have LikeButton.me – a web service that aggregates all the “Likes” done by your friends on the Internet and displays them category-wise. That’s all. Nothing fancy. And that, I think, is great.
When you select a category, say “YouTube”, you will get the list of all the YouTube video ‘Likes’ done by your FB friends.
Of course the interface isn’t what I call ‘appealing’, but hey, it sure is a start. LikeButton.me has just launched and if tweaked right, it’s got some great value to it. Check it out.
