Nokia unveiled its brand new low end/entry level mobile phone with a slider structure. This small slider phone is said to be set loose in the markets by the end of 2009. Without much ado, lets take a dive into the specs and features of the Nokia 2220 Slider phone.

Specs and features:

1) Nokia 2200 Slider measures 97.2mm x 47mm x 15.9mm, has a TFT display with 160 x 128 resolution.

2) 0.3 megapixel camera

3) 10MB internal memory

4) FM tuner

5) Opera Mini web browser (supports GSM/GPRS connectivity)

6) Battery life: 8hrs (talk time), 400hrs (standby)

Although the features are bare minimum, considering Nokia 2220 Slider an entry level phone, it certainly is a decent buy. As mentioned above, it will be on sale by the end of 2009 and its price is expected to be announced soon.
