{ 0 comments }The key ingredient to this is the patented ZINK paper (made of a composite material with dye crystals implanted inside and a protective polymer overcoat layer outside). On first look, ZINK paper appears to be no different than a regular paper because the crystals inside are colorless. The ZINK printer heats up the paper to colorize the crystals. And the results are simply perfect – high quality, durable and most importantly, quite affordable.
